How it works
Simple on purpose. Kind by design.
More of what you love, at your own pace, adding up to time well spent. Pick a few things, choose how many, and log them whenever they happen. You decide when.
Choose a few things you enjoy
A Stryve is a few things you’d like to do more of, each with a total to aim for by a date you choose. Choose from hundreds of activities: walks, reading, early nights, cooking from scratch, calling your mum, alcohol-free days, date nights. Three to five is a nice place to start.
- Build it for me. Say what you’d like more of and Stryver drafts a Stryve you can edit.
- Or start from a ready-made one, and change anything you like.
Set how many, by when
Any length you like: a month, a season, a whole year. You choose how many of each, as few or as many as feels good. Some things suit a long stretch; others go with the time of year.
- Rare to frequent sliders make sizing quick: once, twice, a few times a month…
- Doing it with others? Whoever starts it chooses: the same amounts for everyone, or each person sets their own.
How many?
1 January to 31 March
Log it when it happens
One tap on the plus, whenever it happens, even offline. Add how far or how long if you like. A busy week costs nothing: your total is still your total.
- Forgot yesterday? Log a past day in a couple of taps.
- Buddies can log for you, if you let them.

Watch it add up
Every one you log adds up. Your week at a glance, milestones as you pass them, and little ‘Picture this’ moments that put your numbers in perspective. When a Stryve ends, you get a recap worth keeping.
- How your weeks feel. A quick weekly check-in, so over time you can look back on your weeks next to what you did.
- Share a recap card with the people who helped.

In your corner, at your pace
The rules we play by
Totals, not timetables
A number to reach over weeks or months. Nothing tells you which day to do it.
Celebrate, never scold
Milestones, little comparisons and a recap at the end. No guilt trips, no red warnings.
Kind about pace
Totals are checked for real life when you set them. If one gets tight, Stryver says so, kindly, with what’s still realistic.
Good questions
What if I have a busy week?
Do I have to log every day?
Can I change my targets?
What if I forget to log something?
Does it work without signal?
Which phones does it work on?
