Together

On your own, or with the people you love.

Start on your own. When you fancy company, bring people in, and see what you all add up to. It’s always your choice.

Who with

Little things, better shared

Date nights, walks with friends, stories at bedtime. The good things you do with your people, counted together.

  • Your partnerDate nights, walks, an evening without phones.
  • Your householdMeals together, games, stories, jobs shared out.
  • FriendsA walking total between you, a book club, calls you keep meaning to make.
  • WorkmatesA group total everyone contributes to. No rankings.
  • Share a Stryve by link

Send a link on WhatsApp, by text or email. People see exactly what they’re joining, and who can see what, before they say yes. Up to 50 people in one Stryve.

  • Stryve Buddies

The people you want to Stryve with, and see each other’s progress. For each Stryve you choose what a Buddy can do: take part, help you log, or just see how you’re getting on.

  • My Stryvers

Add the younger people in your life and log for them. No phone or account needed. Their activities can be different from yours: washing up for them, date nights for you.

Why together works

More fun, and it tends to stick

In a review of 138 studies, keeping track of progress helped people reach their goals, and it helped more when the progress was shared with others (Harkin et al., 2016). Stryver shares what you’ve done, not what you’ve promised.

Sharing, simply explained

Can everyone in a shared Stryve see what I log?
Yes, a shared Stryve is open to the people in it, and you’re told that before you join. If you’d rather keep it to yourself, choose “Do it on my own” and you’ll get your own private copy.
Can we see each other’s progress?
Yes. In a shared Stryve you’ll see the together total, each person’s progress and the little wins. It’s all about what you add up to together.
Do we all have to do the same things?
It depends how the Stryve is set up. The person who starts it chooses: Fixed (the same activities and amounts for everyone), Flexible (the same activities, and each person sets their own amounts) or Freestyle (everyone chooses their own activities and targets). You’ll see which before you join.
What are My Stryvers?
For your kids (or any under-18s in your life). Add them in the app, no phone or account needed, and log their good things for them: reading, helping out, time outside. You choose which Stryves they’re in. Accounts are for adults (18+), so a parent or guardian adds them.
What’s a Stryve Buddy?
Someone you want to Stryve with, so you can see each other’s progress and cheer each other on. For each Stryve, you choose what they can do: take part, help you log, or just see how you’re getting on.
Can a Buddy see all my Stryves?
No. Only the Stryves you choose, and only in the way you’ve chosen. You can change that at any time.

Better together.
